Delivery and payment
Dispatch time
Every BOSYAK item is sewn at our own workshop in Ukraine. There is no middleman warehouse — an order is made and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Personalized items — up to 4–5 business days.

Pickup: 11 Kaisarova St., Kyiv, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00. Call us at +380 73 446 47 20 in advance — we'll have the order ready when you arrive.
Large bed sizes (2XL, 3XL) ship via Nova Poshta to a branch or to an address (they don't fit parcel lockers).
Payment options
All prices on the site are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The price on the site is final: no hidden fees and no "discounts off an inflated price".
- Card online — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay (monobank acquiring). The payment is charged immediately, the receipt arrives by email.
- Cash on delivery — pay the carrier on receipt. The carrier's money transfer fee is paid by the buyer. Personalized items are not sent cash on delivery — full prepayment only.
- Bank transfer — for companies and sole proprietors. Write to hello@bosyak.com.ua and we'll send an invoice.
Inspection on receipt
Inspect the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging or the item was damaged in transit, draw up a report with the carrier's employee right at the branch and call us: +380 73 446 47 20. Without the report the carrier does not accept claims.
