Our own sewing workshop
We don't resell other people's beds. Every BOSYAK item is cut and sewn in our Kyiv workshop — from a roll of fabric to the tag with your dog's name.
That's why we answer for every seam: we choose the fabrics ourselves, control the quality ourselves and publish honest dimensions — including the inner ones nobody else shows.
Four production stages
Cutting
Every size has its own pattern set, refined over four years of production. Seven EGO sizes — seven sets, from XS to 3XL.
We cut with laser precision: symmetrical bolsters, even corners, minimal waste. This stage defines the geometry that keeps the bed in shape for years.
Sewing
Double seams with reinforced threads, overlocked inner edges — nothing frays or comes apart even after dozens of washes.
A hidden YKK zipper runs around the perimeter: the cover comes off in 20 seconds. Inner cushions live in their own tubes, so the filling never bunches up.
Personalization
The BOSYAK name series: we print your dog's name or a logo right in the workshop, as part of production — not an outsourced service.
Personalized items ship on the same schedule — 1–2 days.
QC & shipping
Every item is inspected by hand: seams, zipper, filling density, print quality. Defects don't reach the customer — they simply don't leave the workshop.
We pack compactly (large sizes vacuum-packed or disassembled) and ship within 1–2 business days.
Honest inner dimensions
A bed's outer size says nothing about the dog's space: bolsters eat half of it. A '90×80' bed may have a 60×50 sleeping area — and a dog that should fit by the outer numbers ends up sleeping curled tight.
We are the only manufacturer in Ukraine publishing the inner dimensions of every size: the space between the bolsters where the dog actually sleeps. It's more honest — and it's why our size charts are tied to the dog's weight, not to abstract letters.
Materials
Waterproof fabric like in outdoor gear. Handles wet paws and the outdoors, wipes clean.
Dense upholstery fabric with a pronounced weave. Keeps its shape, resists claws and daily wear.
Jacquard velour: the softness of velvet plus the strength of a fine weave. Cleans easily from hair.
Velour with Soft Touch technology, 300 g/m², 100k Martindale cycles. The warmest in the line.
Textured bouclé with a looped surface — warm, cozy, looks like designer furniture.
Hypoallergenic siliconized fiber — the same used in sleeping pillows. We use an increased volume: the bed looks plump, stays soft and doesn't sag over time. Sectional quilting gives an orthopedic effect and distributes the dog's weight evenly.
Zippers are YKK only — the world standard of reliability. The hidden zipper pocket doesn't scratch floors or bother the dog. Seams are double, with reinforced threads and inner overlock.
Handwork and quality control
We deliberately sew in small batches: every item passes through a craftsman's hands, not a conveyor. Slower — but consistently good.
We don't chase range either: there are few models in the catalog, and each was developed around real breed sizes — we adjusted widths and lengths, watched how dogs actually sleep, raised the bolsters for the big ones. Every model is personally overseen by the founder — from the first patterns to production. Something new appears in the catalog only when the previous thing is properly finished.
