Who rogozhka is for
Rogozhka is the usual pick for owners of shedding breeds: shepherds, corgis, retrievers, huskies. Undercoat does not work its way into the dense weave — hair sits on top and brushes or vacuums off in a minute. With this fabric the bed in the living room stays presentable even at the peak of shedding season, and cleaning the sleeping spot stops being a chore.
What makes the fabric different
Rogozhka is an upholstery fabric with a distinctive dense weave, the kind used on mid-range sofas. It takes mechanical load well: a dog that digs its bed before sleep or circles while settling leaves no snags. The colour survives dozens of washes at 30°C. To the touch it is textured and dry — no pile to trap dust, no sheen.
When to choose it
Rogozhka is the middle ground between rugged oxford and the soft velours: warmer and more textured than the first, more practical than the second. Choose it when your main concern is hair rather than moisture — for a home where the dog sheds in avalanches twice a year, this is the fastest fabric to keep clean. If the dog is often wet or lives outdoors, look at oxford instead. All 7 sizes, from XS 50×45 cm for small dogs and cats to 3XL 145×115 cm rated up to 100 kg, come with a removable YKK-zip cover; a spare cover can be ordered separately.
